hi there .. i read ur statement .. i must say its a bit confusing actually ..
u mention it hard in ur statement :

Fashion Photography is always about fashion.. that's why its called 'Fashion Photography' .. nor the setting, lightning, mood, and styles are directed to estabilish the fashion mood to represent the essences of fashion based on its theme ..
and umm .. i think photography itself its about lightning .. u painted it from lights .. perfect or not its based on ur needs and ur purpose to reveal the artwork ..
Bottom line that 'Fashion Photography' is working along with commercial Industry .. as i say before that perfect or not in term of subject its based on ur needs and ur purpose to reveal the artwork in able to support the commercial art such as fashion..

overall.. if u point this statement to a general 'Fashion Photography' i dont agree .. but if its personal .. the go shout it out loud to the world .. its a work of art .. its represented who u are .. and its art .. its always about appreciation for the aesthetic

Who said that fash.photo is about the fashion..what u wrote is totaly fine for me but what I mean is.. I'm just so boring with some local life style mags with their fash.photo. They just toooo damn focusing on the fashion..then why don't they just took the photo of the dress or the blous or whatever that was hanging on a closet or a wall or something? I mean..well come on..u have a model wich can move freely unless ur model is a robot..u have photography equipment..u have props.. Why don't they use it instead of making the same boring fash.photo for every edition..
About the lighting..yes everyone would agree that photgraphy it self is about the lights.. But like I said before about my borredom..why do they always wants the light settings perfectly.. Nothing wrong with flares..overexposure..underexposure..and so on. And yes u're right it's not about general fash.photo..
Fashion itself is a commercial industry and so they believe the best presentation is lies based on the commerce thoughs. beautiful and pretty girls as a model is serve based on public opinion. and it is how people describe pretty and beauty nowadays. of course they don't take hanging dresses just like that because it'll be awful ..lolz, unless the dress were design for the hanger, but its made for human.. the stream line on a human body is what they need to represent the dress. depends on the purpose, mood & etc. And why do they're focusing on fashion? its because they're taking the shot for fashion.
about the flares, underexposure & etc.. lemme tell u a short stories. Picasso ruin the anatomy and breaking the rules of aesthetic form by his artwork. during his time he also break people's opinion about beauty, he creates his own beauty. but the artwork is amazing the last achievement is the aesthetic who could leap into peoples mind. Van Gogh did so too. all i'm sayin is ... u can explore everything to create an artwork, nothing can stop u.feel free to explore but at the end the great question would be .. is it beautiful? is it spoke sumthing?
^^ .. reading through the statement.. a Fashion Photography is working along on peoples value, i though what it needs to be break is the value itself. 'm not trying to be a smartass .. but i think the statement could be more sharp. cause i'm still confuse
get bored is great.. its the very basic to create another lifes ..lolz
btw, this is interesting.. talkin about fashion issues is always interesting nor talkin about art itself
